Terms of service

1. Commissioned art is for personal use only. Commercial use, NFTs or AI of my art is forbidden.
2. I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
3. The commission can take up to 2-3 weeks to finish.
4. I wont draw: NSFW, mecha, complex backgrounds.
5. You must provide visual references of your character.
6. You can ask for major changes during the sketching process, and minor changes to the final artwork, If you request major edits during the coloring stage there will be an additional fee.
7. Payment through invoice, you are required to pay 50% upfront or pay in full before I begin working, once the sketch gets approved you'll have to pay the other 50%.
8. No refunds once the sketch has been sent.
9. Payment via Paypal.
10. Fees are non-refundable.
11. I can post the commissioned work on any platform unless you wish for it to be private.
12. If you post your commission, you must give credit.
